Simple Meal Maker/ Soya Chunks Fry...

A simple fry that you can make under 15 mins and have a side dish ready. Meal maker is one of the foods that are rich in proteins and fibers.

Ingredients:
1 Cup of Soya Chunks.
1 Tablespoon of Oil.
1 Medium sized Onions.
4 Red Chillies
1/4 Tablespoon of Pepper powder
Salt to taste
Few Mustard Seeds

Preparation Method:
Step 1: Chock the Soya chunks in hot water for few mins and squeeze the water out.


Step 2: In a pan heat the oil and add mustard seeds, once the mustard seeds pop add chopped onions and red chillies.


Step 4: Once the onions are translucent add the pepper powder and soya chunks. Toss it and cook it covered for about 5 mins.


Taste and healthy soya fry is ready. This is very simple and excellent side dish too. This is one of the ultra fast dish that can help you save time on busy Monday mornings ;-p... Happy Cooking...
